WHO MAY INSPECT: Any person as deemed competent by the OHS Act
WHO ISSUES REPORT: Competent person

ANNEXURE B

WHO ISSUES REPORT: Accredited Inspection Authority (AIA)
INTERVAL

  • Non-critical safety items identified during the inspection must be rectified within 60-days of the date of issue of the Comprehensive report. Failure to complete the items will render the Comprehensive Report invalid, where after a new comprehensive report will need to be done.
